Pésimo servicio. Fuimos con un grupo de colegas a una capacitación. La habitaciones tenían camas sucias con caca de oveja entre las frazadas, el baño huele mal. Sin calefacción. La dueña con cara enojada todo el tiempo y atención pésima en el comedor. Arañas y basura en las habitaciones. La piscina estaba sucia por lo que no se pudo utilizar. No nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de atención extra como las que promocionan en su página (cabalgatas, granja, cancha de tenis, escalada, etc). Nos tiraron los platos varias veces y frente a pedir otro menú había respuestas como "si le gusta no más, sino se tiene que esperar"... Es impresentable la forma que tiene la dueña y sus trabajadores para atender a sus pasajeros, que si bien veníamos por una OTEC, se les esta a pagando igual por el servicio. ABSOLUTAMENTE NO RECOMENDABLE. No hubo ningún tipo de palabras de buenvenida ni de despedida frente al grupo. En fin, una experiencia terrible.

Dormitorio congelado, sin calefacción, camas sin sábanas, ducha sucia y sin agua caliente, el baño olía mal, no tenía nada, el desayuno "buffet" sin opciones. Lo único bueno es la vista que tiene. Pero a parte de eso, cero preocupación y caro además.
