房間寬敞整潔，洗浴用品齊全！非常貼心服務的酒店，早上大堂經理來問我車牌號因為警察在拖酒店門口的車還好有驚無險不是我的車！因為他們知道警察在拖法國車牌並且我的車牌是法國的所以來問問是不是我的車被拖走了就麻煩了！為酒店的貼心服務點贊👍！

非常差！和圖片的差別很大，我們住的很像一個簡易房，沒空調，房間很簡陋。最關鍵的，前台態度巨巨巨差，退房的時候説忙不給打發票，説當天會給發電子版的，過了三天還沒發。千萬不要住，圖1是圖片的樣子，圖2，3是我們住的房間。

Mala experiencia , irrumpieron en mi habitación sin permiso para insultarnos, borran mis reseñas de google, me negaron la hoja de reclamaciones, fotos de la web engañosas, habitaciones e instalaciones en mal estado. (Cables y tubos por fuera, pared sucia, techos descolgados, sin mini bar, ni básicos de baño) Nos amenazaron de que sus desperfectos los tendría que pagar yo.

Hotel recientemente remodelado con un personal amable y servicial que desde tu llegada te hace sentir como en casa. Situado a 1 kilómetro del centro de Lleida destaca por la calidad de sus instalaciones y su excelente relación calidad/precio. Nuestra felicitación a la dirección y el personal del Sansi Park por el buen trato recibido y por su buen hacer. Sin duda repetiremos en una próxima visita a la ciudad de Lleida.

Great place to stay, easy to get to even if in the city center. Parking on site is a bonus. Staff very helpful. Only issue we had was that the Wifi coverage is pretty poor.
