È la srconda volta che veniamo in questo albergo. Buona camera. Colazione a buffet molto ben fornita in fatto di dolci, sempre freschi ogni mattina. Servizio cortese. Torneremo.

La struttura è come me la immaginavo.
Accoglienza semplice ma formale.
Stanza ben pulita ed ordinata, l'unica cosa che ho trovato non adeguato è stato il piatto doccia siccome sono un pochino robusto con la pancia avevo difficoltà nel girarmi nella doccia.
Ottimo buffet.
Spero di ritornarci il più presto possibile e di sfruttare la piscina esterna della struttura.

Esperienze positive: parcheggio coperto anche se con posti limitati; disponibilità nel venire incontro alle necessità; colazione prevalentemente all’italiana, ma per tutti basta chiedere.Piscina disponibile. Letti comici Esperienze negative: camere un po’ claustrofobie, non ho gradito la cerata salvamaterasso; comoda per non rovinare, ma dormire con la plastica sotto la schiena non é piacevole. Da rivedere completamente il servizio alle camere: pulito, ma si perdono nei dettagli, le stecche dello scaldasalviette impolverate, e il muro al lato del comodino con le colate di calcare. ASSOLUTAMENTE INACCETTABILE per un albergo far dormire in un letto con le lenzuola non tirate a modo. Nel complesso esperienza sufficiente

Ottima cucina e servizio In occasione di una cena tra amici ho avuto modo di provare la cucina dell'hotel excelsior Ottima cucina, dalla qualità, gusto, quantità alla presentazione ed ottimo servizio di sala , molto attento e curato. Ottimi anche i vini e i dolci fatti in casa Abbiamo passato una bella e piacevole serata in compagnia Grazie allo chef Naghi, al responsabile di sala Enrico ed ai proprietari che ci hanno ospitato

Sono stato lo scorso week end ed ho apprezzato sia il luogo che il personale. Sicuramente tornerò e con piacere perché ho trovato facilità di accesso avendo io il limite di muovermi in sedia a rotelle. La mia situazione porta e obbliga ad osservare tutto con estrema attenzione. All’Excelsior è andato tutto alla perfezione, così come l’ottima e abbondante colazione.

The hotel was very clean, very good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was available. We enjoyed a 3 night stay. Short walk to the town center, restaurants and the excellent Friday Market. Loana is a very nice town to stay at.
