Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe in Löbau; der Empfang war sehr herzlich, für die Gruppe gab es einen extra Raum und das Abendessen vom reichhaltigen, vielseitigen und schmackhaften Büfett. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber; der fehlende Lift im denkmalgeschützten Gebäude wird durch die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals ausgeglichen. Alle waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, was bei einer Gruppe von 23 Personen nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Ein historisches Haus (Denkmalschutz!) mit besonderer Atmosphäre. Dabei wirkt alles sauber und von Grundauf gepflegt. Unser Eckzimmer war erfreulich großzügig und hell (Fenster nach zwei Seiten hin), die Ausstattung relativ neu und für unseren Geschmack schön und richtig gut. Die Betten ausgezeichnet (mit verstellbarem Lattenrost) – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bad wurde jeden Tag frisch geputzt, die Handtücher nach 3 Tagen automatisch gewechselt. Wirklich ausbaufähig ist allerdings das Frühstück: Sehr einfach gehalten, beschränkt auf Elementares – egal, ob es als Buffet angerichtet war oder wir es an den meisten Tagen direkt auf unserem Tisch vorfanden (als derzeit die einzigen Hausgäste). Einmal kam das Frühstücksei (am Vortage gekocht?) direkt aus dem Kühlschrank! Das passt nicht zum durchaus gehobenen Anspruch, um den man sich abends im hauseigenen Restaurant erfolgreich (!!) bemüht. In allen anderen Belangen fühlten wir uns aufmerksam und zugleich unaufdringlich umsorgt. So, wie man es sich wünscht.
