Отель соответствует цена/качество. Нас предупредили о депозите и о платной парковке по телефону. Админ подсказала, где можно припарковаться бесплатно. Завтрак стоил 400 р с человека Мы жили за 2500 сутки

Не понятно за что берут деньги в этом Хостеле. Простыни все дырявые!! Матрасы обоссаные! Наматрасники все в волосне. Контингент алкашня!! Орут всю ночь под окнами и всем на это плевать! На просьбу выдать стакан в номер мне ответили что надо брать с собой или пойти поискать на кухне. Когда я зашла на кухню ошиблась дверью и это оказалась кафе для сотрудников, на меня грубо накричали! И высказали, что я не имею права ходить тут! Очень неприятные впечатления от этого места!

За парковку взяли 400 рублей, хотя на островке указано, что бесплатно. В номере грязно - на прикроватный тумбочках толстый слой пыли. В ванной плесень, а весь смеситель в налете будто его ни разу не чистили.

Останавливались в этом отеле несколькими семьями с детьми-спортсменами на 4 дня. Отель был выбран только по удобному для нас местоположению, на время проведения соревнований. Маленький паркинг, не приветливый персонал, за 4 дня в номерах ни разу не убирались, даже по нашим просьбам. 1 раз поменяли урны, после жалобы администратору. В номере «улучшенные апартаменты» не предусмотрены !!!! тёмные шторы! У гостей нет шансов поспать хотя бы до 6 утра. Солнце освещает весь номер с восходом. На просьбу исправить ситуацию, ответа не получили. За чистотой в отеле не следят, грязные коридоры, лестницы, окна. В микро сан. узлах нет ни одного крючка. Запах гнили. И всё это в пандемию, когда всё должно быть стерильно. В частности отели.
