Due to the cold and rainy weather we have nearly been the only guests. If you look for a calm and relaxing place outside the city, Melia Vinpearl Cua Sot Beach is the right place for you. The whole staff of the hotel is amazing. Kind and friendly and loved to play with our baby. We also had the chance to enjoy our breakfast while our baby got entertainment. Mrs. Na is amazing, she is so supportive even before we arrived to the hotel. She really loves her job and gives her best to satisfy your requests. Huge thank you! Thank you to the whole team, you are amazing and we will not forget our stay! Some Feedback: -price of the restaurant is a bit high, considering that this restaurant is nearly the only option for the guests. Prices for room dining are OK.

I decided to book my family into the Eagle for three nights ( I lived in Ha Tinh for two years and they were visiting to see the city). We were staying in a nice room. The hotel design is nice and the room is comfortable but that’s about where my happiness ends. First there was no assistance with bags during the whole visit. The door staff ignored our presence besides occasional bowing. Second, there blood on the floor of the shower when we arrived and this was never cleaned by room service. The staff English level is not good enough to communicate well. Third, there were no spoons provided in the room to make tea and it was very hard to get them after two phone calls and a trip down to the front desk. Further issues: There were no razors in the razor boxes and the room service menu in the room had only a limited selection (half of which was also unavailable). To get room service we had to go to reception and ask for the menu and order there which is kind of besides the point. Took two calls to get the WiFi password as it wasn’t written down anywhere. One of the robes provided in the room also had a massive hole in it. Arriving back at the room late and the lights in the corridors were off and it was completely dark. And finally the biggest issue we had during our stay, the catering. The breakfast menu had 4 items on it (one of which was eggs on their own). No continental option. No juice or teabags available with breakfast. No plain milk for coffee. No lemon tea as stated. No saucers for coffee cups. Second and third days we didn’t receive yoghurt or fruit either. Found fruit ourselves and had to help ourselves. Overall, I spent the majority of my stay wishing I had just booked us into Vinpearl instead as I have never had a bad experience there. I have never wanted to complain or check out early as badly as I have here. Very disappointed.

I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods. I would like to thank and appreciate the service and care that I received at Seabird Hotel, Tianman in October 2023. I stayed at the hotel with my wife and we were both satisfied with the service as well as the quality of service, dedication and hospitality brought by the hotel staff. I especially thank the Security Director and your team for the excellent services and support they have provided me. I accidentally parked the car under the balcony on a rainy day and the cement water flowed from above and down, causing my car glass door to be dim, which could cause a dangerous driving. I informed this to the front desk staff who reported the hotel staff. N***then Mr. Sinh contacted me to deal with, with experience and professionalism, Mr. Sinh made my car back clean, with transparent glass making my return trip more safe. Thank you very much for this. I also would like to thank the reception team and restaurant staff, for providing excellent service and making me feel at home. My wife and I were very impressed with the hotel staff who brought fruits for my wife to the room to welcome the Vietnamese Women's Day (20/10). This is the deep concern of the Hotel for customers, during this occasion, it brings to my wife and I. That's why our stay becomes enjoyable. Moreover, the food at the hotel was so delicious that me and I really enjoyed from breakfast to dinner. If I have to pick which one I like the best, I will choose bread and salad, which we can eat full without getting bored. Thank you chef, and his group. I came to Vinh on the Lunar New Year. I thought that customers could only have breakfast with fixed dishes available but here still serve buffet for customers. The food is not rich but the focus on quality helps my breakfast much more delicious. The hotel is quite nice, the rooms are clean and the staff is extremely hospitable Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is an ideal place if your family wants to be quiet, airy, affordable but to meet the quality as you wish

1. Room: good view; bed pillow quilt is very comfortable, three kinds of soft and hard pillows can be selected by yourself. 2. Hotel: good environment equipment; meals are OK, but when there are many people, it is not too much food; next door is a store, supermarket, cinema, very convenient. 3.spa: Often there is only one person, and it takes a long time to wait for the shortage of staff.

This hotel is quite new so everything is in good condition at the moment. The room - a deluxe king - was large with a big window. The bed was comfortable, firm but not hard, it was very quiet & the aircon was silent. The bathroom was good with a large walk-in shower cubicle & all the usual items provided. The WiFi worked very well. The buffet breakfast was extensive but geared to Asian tastes, there was no black tea & bacon was cut into small pieces & mixed with vegetables. The Chef station provided omelettes, fried eggs, eel soup & pho. The hotel is very close to the airport & there is a bus stop close by on both sides of the road & numerous taxis. Vinh is a very nice town with the river, parks & lakes & several places of historical & scenic interest outside the town. There are numerous authentic Vietnamese eating places close to the hotel. On the down side amazingly there was no drawer space in the bedroom, though there was plenty of room, not even a shelf in the large wardrobe. There were small drawers in the bedside tables & these had to suffice. The in-room safe was on the floor of the wardrobe making it difficult to access for elderly & impossible for disabled people. On occasion I could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking in the corridor but this was our fault as we hadn't asked for a non-smoking area. The hotel is a long way from the town centre, it is possible to walk it but not recommended if the weather is very hot & humid.

I was reluctant to stay here due to the negative reviews the place had received, but when my first choice hotel was full, I decided to give this place a try as it was in the area that I needed to be in. And boy and I glad that I ended up here! The room was comfortable (it even had heating, which enabled me to sleep comfortably during the very cold winter nights during my stay); the staff was extremely kind and helpful (other reviewers complained about them, but sometimes people treat you the way you treat them); the breakfast was surprisingly good; and it was really good value for money. Granted, the hotel is not perfect. It's a little bit worn from age, but so am I. Ha. Anyway, I'm glad I stayed there - and I would certainly stay there again on my next visit to Vinh.

The living situation is very satisfactory and the price is very cheap! Moderate location in vinh city Each room has good lighting and breakfast is good It's just that there are too few counter staff on the first floor, which makes some empty pictures in the lobby.
