The environment is beautiful and the transportation is convenient. Although it is a bit far from the train station, it is still walkable. The hotel breakfast is very rich and delicious. There are several scenic spots worth visiting nearby.

Check-in and check-out were friendly, very quick and uncomplicated.
Room and bathroom were clean and big enough.
Large balcony with table, chairs and deck chair.
Coffee machine with ingredients, kettle and two bottles of water in the room.
The location is quite central and right on the lake. You can be in the center of Locarno in 5-10 minutes.
The friendliness of the staff in general is ok.
The pool is nicely integrated into the garden, but the pool looks a bit dirty, milky and not clear.
Overall, a good hotel.

Wir hatten ein schönes Deluxe-Doppelzimmer, mit einem grossen Balkon und direkte Sicht auf den See. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und effizient. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Einzige Minus-Punkte sind die gewöhnungsbedürftigen Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sowie die Bedienung eines männlichen Angestellten beim Abendessen, der unter Dauerstress zu stehen scheint. Aber ansonsten können wir dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

L’hôtel est bien situé, près du lac et proche des rue commerçantes, et il offre de très belles vues. La piscine est plutôt sympa, mais les chambres sont plutôt standard bien que suffisamment confortables. C’est très bien mais ce n’est pas un coup de cœur.

Just one night, it’s a bit old, but all was comfortable and fair for a very low price The location is nice walking distance from center, nice garage.. good service.. Just need a renovation, (primary at the bathroom, and a bit more amenities, but I’ll not mind to come back.

Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen! See ist eine Strassenüberquerung entfernt und in 8 Min Binder Piazza grande entfernt. Haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Beim Check In meldet uns die freundliche Mitarbeiterin ein Upgrade Zimmer mit Seesicht, da das von gebuchte Zimmer nicht mehr zu Verfügung stand. Zimmer gross und sauber, mit Tisch und Stühle, innen sowie aussen. Sohn war müde vom Wandern und durfte sein vom Hotelrestaurant zubereiteter Hamburger mit frischen Pommes im Zimmer geniessen. Das Bettsofa war komfortabel gross, das Bett selbst sehr bequem. Vielfältiges Interkontinentales Frühstück. Dank des milden Wetters sassen wir draussen. Wir haben nur eine Übernachtung gebucht, kommen aber gerne wieder. Wir haben nur eine Übernachtung gebucht

Sehr gut gelegen am See. Swimming Pool, Garten, Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind schoen und sauber. Sehr schoene Seesicht. Freundlich. Piazza Grande und Restaurants am See in Muralto in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Parking unten oder Parkhaus 5 Minuten entfernt.
