Lochem Hotels with Swimming Pools

We had made a deal with dinner, the quality of the food was good, but very little food, the first night of hunger was taken from the table, the other night was asked if we wanted extra frites and salad, and we wanted it. When we signed the ticket, we saw that €6 for a box of frites and €6 for a cup of salad had to be paid. This is not to be paid if you have already paid a 3-fold arrangement. The room was fine. We had booked 2 rooms with dinner arrangements. Unfortunately the other couple had to cancel at the last moment. The full amount had to be paid. No account was taken of the fact that no food was eaten or room was cleaned, and that is not clear, of course.

The hotel itself is nice, the location is beautiful, the scenery is top notch. This review is focused towards the staff of this location. The front desk, the kitchen, the service staff. The hospitality I received from the staff during my stay was beyond any that I have ever received in the countless hotels that I've stayed in this world. The understanding and care speaks volumes to the Dutch people or just the people of this staff. I wish I had the means to show my appreciation to you all with more than kind words. Thank you for listening, thank you for caring. Don't let my decision change who you all are.
