Séjour magnifique
La demeure a été rénové avec goût , la chambre est très confortable, avec une salle de bain exceptionnelle. Nous avons apprécié le moment au jacuzzi ,
Chiara nous accueille chaleureusement,
Le petit déjeuner typique est très complet .

Locorotundo was a great base from which to visit the Puglia towns in the area, including Lecce if you have a car. Even without a car, if you want a relaxing and homey environment in a small Italian town with lots of charm, this boutique hotel/B&B is the place to stay, with wonderful staff and a hostess Chiara who will direct you to the best food and experiences in the town and the vicinity

I stayed recently at this exquisitely designed B and B in the heart of beautiful Locorotondo, one of the most lovely places to visit in Puglia. The service was excellent. The rooms were super clean, the bed comfortable, the shower water pressure strong, the breakfasts delicious and it is literally in the heart of Locorotondo. Highly recommended!

Hotel elegante e molto confortevole. Piccole terrazze esterne con panorama molto gradevole. Stanze finemente arredate, bagno spazioso e dotato di ogni confort. Colazione piacevole. Personale gentilissimo

Si fa presto a dire qualità,ma,in realtà non la si trova così spesso;ecco,alla Dimora se ne trova davvero parecchio,ed in tutti gli aspetti:grande cura dei particolari,comfort ,professionalità (mai assenti ma mai invadenti…mica così frequente in questa tipologia di offerta),qualità degli arredi nelle stanze e nelle aree comuni e food…e qui bisogna fermarsi un attimo,alzarsi in piedi e fare un applauso virtuale a Rosanna;le coccole ,il discreto senso della compagnia e la maestria culinaria di Rosanna rendono la colazione uno dei momenti clou della giornata,e non per modo di dire.Insomma ,la regia e capacità di Chiara ci hanno offerto due giorni che hanno lasciato il segno,davvero complimenti,il resto lo fa la Valle d’Itria e l’offerta musicale culturale di livello internazionale di questo periodo.Segnatevi la Dimora se passate da quelle parti

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata, curata con gusto e criterio. Ogni minimo dettaglio è sinonimo di funzionalità e perfezione. Gentilissimi i proprietari e la governante che ci ha preparato una colazione molto abbondante e con prodotti preparati al momento. Abbiamo usufruito della grotta che consigliamo a chi vuole rilassarsi in intimità in una fredda giornata invernale. Esperienza rigenerante per la coppia e per il corpo. Abbiamo cercato un difetto ma non l’abbiamo trovato.. quindi ritorneremo per trovarlo!

Firstly, if you have ended up in Locorotondo, you have already done something right. If you are staying at 1783 Dimora D’epoca, you have done something extremely right. Staying at 1783, is a true gift. Every detail of the hotel has been carefully curated by owner, Chiara and her daughter. The level of detail does not go unnoticed. From the buttery linen sheets, to the organic, eco-friendly products, to the gorgeous terraces lined with colourful florals. As soon as you check in, you already wish you were staying longer. It is that special of a place. But the decor and details aren’t what make the hotel so incredible, it is the people. Chiara, the owner, was so welcoming and made our experience special by taking such kind interest in our trip - she immediately felt like a good friend. She was always available before we even had to ask! Assisting us with parking and of course, booking amazing dining experiences. We need not forget Rosanna, who was the cherry on top of an already perfect cake. Every morning Rosanna prepared us a breakfast that was worthy of a magazine shoot. Breakfasts with Rosanna were always the highlights of our days. We can now thank her for the little Italian we know!! Thank you Chiara & Rosanna. Be prepared to create truly special memories and moments here. We had come to Puglia for a wedding and left with having had one of the most special travel experiences of our lives at 1783. So much so that just a couple days later we were engaged!! We are already planning our next trip back. Lots of love, Amanda & Chris
