My experience at Hampton was disappointing from the start. The front desk lady's cold demeanor and accusatory tone when handling my wife's credit card left us feeling unwelcome. Our room was far from inviting – a bed that looked slept in and toilet paper in the toilet. Despite reporting these issues, the offered solution of another room was declined, and we opted for a refund. Shockingly, not only were we charged for the first night, but also the second. Subsequent calls to rectify the situation were met with confusion, as the new staff seemed unaware of our ordeal. It's been days, and the manager has yet to address our concerns. As a loyal Hilton member since 2015, this experience marks the worst Hampton encounter to date.
