All the staff were excellent, especially Tiara, who was very kind and professional. She changed my room type without any hesitation and was very empathetic after a very long drive from Michigan. Thank you Tiara and good job to the management for instilling a culture of service in the team.

The cleaning staff was aggressive. We had a 4pm checkout but they continued to knock on the room door and come in on us several times. A little more detail to room cleaning would be great. Be aggressive in cleaning not harassing. I understand they have a routine but we felt we were being harassed. Other than that, our stay was nice.

Beds were very comfortable, hotel was well maintained. Good free breakfast included. Hotel is located just south of Atlanta right of Interstate 75so it made it very easy to get back on the road again in the morning. If I need to stop outside of Atlanta again I will stay here

The hotel itself is nice. Staff was friendly. I questioned if our bathroom had been cleaned as there was toilet paper in the stool, the front desk said they would have housekeeping come check to make sure it was cleaned. We left for dinner but it didn’t appear anyone came and checked. The most annoying issue we had was upon reviewing our bill after we left and were on the road was, a charge for $5.00 for them processing our credit card! What a scam that is!

I've never stayed at a Marriott property when the breakfast hostess or host didn't wear gloves. The lady this morning was very friendly however she used the same cloth for everything, she didn't was her hands after sweeping,she handled all food with her bare hands. The picked the bread up with her bare hands, brushed it off across the top and put it on the serving trash. She did the same with the bagels. She took her finger and pushed the excess eggs off of the spoon. None of this is sanitary.

Employees were very kind. Rooms were clean. Location was safe and just off of I 75 so very convenient. Plenty of places for eating within walking distance. Rooms were very spacious and had nice hooks on the wall for jackets etc. overall can give a high rating. I do travel at least 4 times a month. I recommend.

What an excellent stay! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and an amazing atmosphere. The lady working the front fesk this morning went above and beyond to take care of breakfast for me ans it was delicious. Will absolutely be back!

Excellent service, clean hotel & room, good breakfast. We had an issue with our television and the staff & manager were most attentive.Good location with walkable restaurants nearby. They took care of us to our complete satisfaction! Thank you Tiaera & Derek!
