The hotel is beautifully designed and has a great location. The rooms are large. The triple room has a large bed and a small bed, making it very suitable for family outings. The service is good. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious, and the cocktails and coffee are all very well made. Most importantly, the spa and swimming pool sauna area are very beautiful. I will come again. The price/performance ratio is very high.

Stayed in this hotel for a weekend. Staff very professional and welcoming. I arrived slightly early, and was delighted that my room was ready. Compared to what the hotel was like prior to it's renovation, the word renovation is an understatement - it had been transformed into a splendid 5 star establishment. Breakfast was excellent. This is the prime place to stay when visiting Lodz.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. I had booked one night online, and at check-in I requested an additional night, with the payment to be settled later. The first and second nights were completely fine with no issues. On the day of checkout, I forgot my room key and requested a replacement. When I asked for a new key card, the staff told me they needed to pre-authorize my card, which made no sense since I was checking out in 2–3 hours. To avoid any confusion, I decided to settle the payment for the second night immediately, which I did. Just before checking out of my room, I received a call from the general manager asking me to come downstairs. I was then accused along with my father of damaging a wooden table by placing a hot iron on it. This accusation is completely false. The damage was clearly caused by a previous guest, and housekeeping either failed to report it before the prior guest checked out or did not notice it. The manager insisted that we pre-authorize our card for 5,000 PLN to polish the table. This makes absolutely no sense. First, we were falsely accused of causing the damage. Second, polishing a small section of a table would not cost anywhere near 5,000 PLN. It also seemed suspicious that they wanted to authorize such a large amount on the card only a few hours before checkout, without clearly explaining the reason. This is not the mentality or professionalism one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Instead of acknowledging that they could not identify the actual guest who caused the damage, it felt like the blame was simply placed on a later guest. I would strongly recommend that anyone staying at this hotel carefully check the room and furniture upon arrival. If you notice even the smallest damage, report it immediately to management; otherwise, you risk being blamed for something you did not do and potentially being charged for it.

The hotel stay ended with a serious accident in the Wellness & Spa area and complete disappointment with the level of safety. During two visits to the SPA there was no staff present, and between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. the area operates entirely without supervision, which guests are not informed about. The accident occurred on a wet, unmarked floor, which caused a fall and a broken toe. The changing room was similarly wet and poorly maintained. The hotel did not confirm that proper warning signs were in place on the day of the accident. Particularly concerning is the absence of a lifeguard and any rescue equipment in the pool area, despite the facility’s parameters requiring constant supervision. Additionally, there was no CCTV monitoring at the accident site, which made it impossible to obtain footage for the insurer and undermines the safety standards of such a sensitive area. What was most disappointing was the lack of staff response at the moment of the incident — no one noticed the accident or offered assistance. The suggestion to call an ambulance was made only after I reported the incident by phone from my room, many minutes after the accident. Upon returning from the hospital, no help or follow-up actions were offered either. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide the level of safety that one would expect from a facility of this standard.
