The hotel is conveniently located near the Manufaktura shopping centre and Piotrkowska street. Lodz Fabryczna station is closer than Lodz Kaliska station. The room is clean and quiet, bed is comfortable. The reception clerk is kind. The hotel entrance from the street was not easy to find as it doesn't have any light in the night time. For the price range I am satisfied to the stay.

A very enjoyable stay, the rooms were clean and functional. The staff were helpful, smiling, and polite. The food was delicious. There are many attractions near the hotel, including sightseeing and walking. Parking is available. I recommend it.

The area near the Japanese-themed street has restaurants and shops, so you can stroll around after eating. Transportation is very convenient. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and warm, attentive service. I would stay here again next time.

Convenient parking, great location, clean, quiet. Varied breakfast. I recommend. Only the entrance to the gate is even better marked, because there was a circle.

所有的工作人員都態度非常差，對中國人非常不友好，一點微笑都沒有，和他們打招呼也不理。 原本預訂了8晚，最後實在看不慣他們的服務態度，提前退房了。真的是非常不好的一次體驗！很失望，永遠不會再去這家旅店，大家也不要去這家店，真的很差！ 衞生也不天天打掃！All the staff here have a dreadful attitude and are remarkably unfriendly to Chinese guests. They never crack a smile, and they flat-out ignore you when you greet them.I’d booked 8 nights initially, but I couldn’t tolerate their service any longer and checked out early. This was an absolutely terrible experience. I’m thoroughly disappointed, will never return to this hotel, and strongly recommend that everyone else avoid it — it’s genuinely that bad.To make matters worse, the rooms aren’t even cleaned on a daily basis.
