There was no air conditioning in the room, and the entrance door had slammed shut. The temperature in the room was over 30°C, and 28°C at night.

Barely 1 star hotel let alone 3. The main purpose of a hotel is a place to rest and sleep - you will be unable to do that here. The walls are beyond thin, they may as well be a hologram. You will hear your neighbours and people at far ends of the hallways constantly, the bed will be old and uncomfortable and you will have to stay in a filthy room (walls and floors covered in stains, hairs in the bed), along with the silver fish pets. There is no shampoo, conditioner, separate shower gel, vanity set etc that you would expect from a 3 star Hotel which this one claims to be - there is only generic soap which is stored at the sink and in the shower - the insides do not look like they have ever been cleaned. I would encourage visitors to go to lidl and buy their own toiletries. Breakfast was pretty standard but they often forget to turn on the coffee machines so you will need to ask. The staff are very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately the hotel itself is very very poor quality. Additionally I would encourage people to read the reviews posted on popular booking sites that the hotel deleted by using ************

The stay was very uncomfortable unfortunately. - uncomfortable room. the family room (3 beds) doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like a hostel. It has a weird layout. Bed #2 and #3 are small single beds. The AC does not work. - bad check-in experience. The receptionist who checked me in at night at first gave me a lower grade room. When i showed her my booking, she then realized i paid for the bigger room. She was also just not welcoming and friendly. - good check-out: the two receptionists in the morning were very sweet and friendly. we needed chargers and they were happy to help.

I paid for a family room, with a common area, i.e.a sofa ao our group had somewhere to relax other than just a bed to sit on. On entering my room it was just a room with a small double bed and a single. On questioning the reception staff i and showing the picture ofbthe room i had paid for, i was told they had none of those rooms available, she then gave me a key to another room which was even smaller. Basically this is false advertisement, the lady didnt speak great english but i was under the inpression, the "family room" does not exist and is being falsely advertise on *******, when i said id just like my money back if ive paid for a room with a sofa, i was told because i booked with ******* that they cannot do that. Disgusting.

Mattress was in terible condition. Spring was outside

Perfect location to shops and main visits places, including famous Piotrowska street where great night life starts, also close to atlas arena where we had concert and shopping mall galaria Lodzka

A lot of noise from neighboring rooms and construction noise on daily bases. I spent 6 nights and never seen a room maid cleaning my room or changing my towels or reorganize my bed.
