Room a little tired and in need of some paint and a new carpet!
Mattress not very comfortable and cobwebs on light fittings!
Bathroom OK other than wood toilet seat chipped and ceiling above shower mouldy!
Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on food.

The stay was absolutely great but just be warned about the car park next to it they will be out at 8 sharp to give you a ticket !

Comfortable 1 night stay which gave me easy access to and from Leeds which was perfect for my needs. Very helpful staff greeted me on arrival to check in. Room very comfortable and clean. Would not hesitate to use again if needing a room only arrangement.

Didn’t use any facilities as it was just a base for the night. However, I can confirm that there are tea and coffee facilities in the room. TV worked. Room was clean, and adequate for the nights stay. Bed was two singles pushed together which was ok.

Great location for Leeds. Clean, bedroom large, mattress very comfy, hot water on demand. We knew there was no breakfast so came prepared, bowls etc available and a toaster in the dining room. There is no fulltime reception but readily contactable by phone. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Our second time staying here and we will definitely return, it’s spotlessly clean and well situated for hopping on the bus to Leeds or Wakefield which run roughly every 15 minutes, the host is very friendly and always smiling, overall well worth the money,

Really lovely hotel, currently going through a refurb programme. Room was spacious, bathroom a little small, but it's just a bathroom hey - great shower though. Well heated, with window to open. Everything you need in an overnight stay - plus a most wonderful, friendly, helpful host. Would 100% recommend and would stay again if in the area.
