This is a nice hotel that should have gotten a 5 rating. Unfortunately, the room we were in, 430, was a problem from the start. The first hint was that the cardkey didn't work. Maintenance had to reprogram the lock. The first night we noticed this low frequency hum, almost a rumble. We asked to move rooms the next day but the hotel was full so maintenance came again. This time they decided it was an air handler on the roof. They did some work and it was better. But, it didn't last. the noise started coming back about 24 hours later. The noise was full volume again on our 5th night before checking out the next morning. The carpet had a stain on it. Only enough coffee in the room for one cup (sorry honey) and wasn't replenished daily. The breakfast is typical. Nothing makes it stand out.
