The handicap room is difficult to impossible to get a wheelchair into because of the narrow room entrance and small room size with the large cabinet as you enter. The window curtain in our room was stuck in the open position. The deadbolt on the door was broken. They did move the cabinet which helped. We were going to move to another handicap room, but that layout was worse at that widow blind was broken too.

Room was not all that clean. ceiling had large stain, toilet tank cover was broke in two and taped together. I am 6 foot, so is shower head. Room service , no daily? Frige looked like it fell out window, clean but all beat up.

Water stains on ceiling, musty smelling, TV reception was grainy and there was a lot of noise from event. Doorway and parking lot was always filled with a lot people smoking.
