Brett and Cheryl at the front desk treated us all like family. They were kind, friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. They made the experience here wonderful and we will definitely be back!! 5 stars for sure!!

Pool, gym and hot tub out of service, worst TV system ever, can’t scroll up or down by page, doesn’t show numbers for channels, used to be one of my favourite hotels. They did offer an offsite gym and pool to go to, but you would have to drive to it, and that was not acceptable for me Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are getting a little worn down.

Our original room was in an area where there were guests who were being quite noisy. After reaching out the this hotel’s amazing on staff managers, they made it right and upgraded our room to a quieter area of the hotel. The managers were attentive, understanding, and kind due to a situation that was nobody’s fault other than the rude, selfish guests that were across the hall from us. Very happy with this hotel’s customer service. Will be back again!

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Western omelets, sausage and potatoes in addition to the usual waffles. Nice to have a low carb choice.
