Eurostars Fuerte Ruavieja

Having stayed in several Eurostars before, I can say this one is definitely above average. The rooms provide great comfort and are impeccably clean. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was even better—the staff member attending the breakfast room was exceptionally professional and helpful. Great location for exploring Logroño. Just a heads-up: it's located on a pedestrian street, so vehicle access for luggage can be a bit of a challenge. Highly recommended for those looking for extra comfort in Logroño!

Where to begin? Given the generally strong reputation of the Eurostars brand, this hotel was a disappointment. The property felt consistently understaffed, check-in took far too long, with an extended wait just to reach the front desk. Parking was unavailable, which is understandable since we hadn’t reserved it in advance. However, several other basic service issues stood out. The room lacked simple essentials like a pen, and when I requested one at the front desk, I was told I’d need to return it afterward, which felt unnecessarily rigid. Later, I went to what appeared to be a bar, clearly stocked with liquor bottles, only to find it unstaffed. After returning to the front desk to ask for a glass of wine, I was told it “wasn’t a bar” but rather the breakfast area, despite the visible bottles of alcohol. After some hesitation, the front desk agent eventually came over and produced a bottle of wine. Overall, the experience fell short. While the room itself was acceptable, it was noticeably dated, and the lack of staffing and basic hospitality made the stay frustrating rather than enjoyable.

Air conditioning never worked well. They have to change us room at 11pm. We left the next morning to another hotel and lost the next paid stay.

Absolutely enjoy the hydrotherapy at this location. 12 will be perfect. We adore the staff and the spa experiences here. Breakfast is awesome!

Not a 4 star hotel The staff was very unhelpful. This was not a 4 star hotel, at best a 2 star. Weird smells in the lobby and our room of the “new” building that are room was located. We so did not enjoy our stay that we didn’t bother staying for our prepaid second night and moved over to another hotel that was significantly better and had nicer staff. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is perfect. Quiet street and walking distance to Calle del Laurel which is the most famous tapas street in the city! The staff was very friendly as well. The hotel is gorgeous. Is like a castle with spectacular wood beams and elaborated ceilings!

Parking - car broken in and burgles We only looked at hotels with parking. We got the reply from the hotel to say there was secure parking nearby When we arrived, I parked nearby in the only spot available. The reception person told me not to park there and that I should immediately move to near the hotel, where she showed me on a map. A few minutes later a police officer showed up , telling me to move. The above wasn't the problem. the reception person showed us the public free car parks on a map, 5 mins walk away. She said they were secure and safe. On the 2nd day, the car had been broken into, cases had been opened and a few things stolen. It was very disturbing.
