Honestly, it would be the last place I would go again if I returned to Logroño. There are better roadside hostels than this. Reviews: ❌️It's a hotel above a gas station, I'm not saying anything ❌️When I arrived there was NO receptionist, you had to call her on the phone. ❌️It doesn't have parking or discounts at any nearby, if you don't want to pay a lot you have to leave the car in a neighborhood 300 meters away ❌️Chipped ceilings, broken shower hose, stuck door, black silicosis in the bathroom with mold and lack of cleaning, hair in the bathroom, corners with hair. ❌️TV remote control without batteries ❌️The worst, the pillow and sheets still smelled like the previous person and stains from shaving and sleeping on the pillow. ❌️It says that it has a pool. Where is it? ❌️At 12 at night you find the receptionist asleep between two chairs. 👍The mattress, although it seems to be sunken, is comfortable. 👍The location is good, easy to find. NOT RECOMMENDED, not even for a single night.

La habitación era bastante justa de tamaño, olía fatal a naftalina (que ni teniendo la puerta y ventana abiertas se iba); el colchón se hundía; la ropa que colocamos en el armario cogió el olor de la habitación. La ubicación, aunque alejado del centro, se puede llegar a él bien caminando. Tampoco tuvimos problema en aparcar en los alrededores. El personal ni nos preguntó qué tal la estancia al hacer el check out, como suelen hacer en cualquier hotel, porque ya saben la respuesta.

We were there during Semana Santa (Easter Processions) at "high season" so found the place a little expensive. They are pet friendly and had very helpful, enthusiastic customer service agents working the desk that also served as concierges and who were quite helpful. The place was clean, had a full bath, bidet, etc and a cafe on site with convenient hours. There was a gas station and mini-mart within the property but also a close walk to the train station and old town with the many tapas bars and fun history and traditions.

We arrived late around midnight, but had phoned ahead to warn them which was welcomed news. On arrival, I guess the night porter/receptionist was particularly unhelpful, even rude, maybe our attempt at Spanish wasn’t good enough for him. Anyway, then being told I had to pay for parking in a very open, quiet area. The room was very bare although quite spacious which was fine as I just wanted to sleep after a long drive, but every slightest noise seemed to echo up the corridor, everything seemed so noisy, so a broken nights sleep and an early start as soon as other guests got up. For the price (over €90) we were not impressed.

Raquel 1/5 2 minutes ago on Google Very average hotel, we were greatly disappointed since I did not see anywhere on the website where it was located, the location is horrible, it is inside a gas station, there is about 15-20 minutes walk to the center, although there are buses that bring you closer but at night they have very short hours. The rooms are smaller than what appears in the photos, the mattresses are very soft, and the walls paper, you can hear everything. The only thing to highlight are the girls in the cafeteria who are very nice although the breakfast buffet is not bad, the coffee is terrible. We loved Logroño and we will surely return, but we will look for another option to stay.

Hotel Logroño (formerly Las Guanas) due to a disagreement and dissatisfaction of several clients (8) with the products and services offered by the aforementioned Hotel. On the trip, contracted with CNTRAVEL, whose entry day was May 21, 2023 and departure on May 26, 2023, there were 32 clients, plus the driver and the guide, making a total of 34 people, the majority of which we are highly disappointed with the state of the facilities and the lack of general hygiene. Upon arrival at the Hotel, the receptionist, whose treatment was only friendly, assigned us a room that she would have considered more individual than for a couple. Size aside, we observed notable deterioration and lack of cleanliness. See Image 1 and 2 as evidence. They put all of us on the trip in a dining room apart from the restaurant. Upon entering we found two air fresheners whose smell was so unbearable that we ended up unplugging them. Dinner was scarce and of more than questionable quality. Breakfast was no better: coffee, orange juice, cold cuts, cheese, a croissant, bread, jam and butter. All industrial and without the presence of a single fruit. The food already confirmed that the quality of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The waitress had her fingers stuck in the plate and her nails long and painted. They gave us a loin that couldn't even be consumed due to its appearance and taste, and a cold red wine! You cannot serve a cold Rioja, Castillo de Gredos (or perhaps it was to disguise the fact that it was not the wine indicated on the bottle). At that meal, the bottle itself stained the wine tablecloth just taken out of the refrigerator and the next day the stain was still there. On the 23rd, during breakfast, one of the customers at our table dropped a knife on the floor. The staff was notified, who told the diner not to worry that they would pick him up later. Well, the knife was on the floor all day. On the 24th, during lunch, what was our surprise was that the tablecloth had a lot of dirt that we tried to hide with the individual tablecloths, but not even with these they were able to hide it. See image 3 and 4. I personally notified the person in charge of the living room or dining room. Our tour guide also spoke to her. The woman was surprised and apologized, claiming that it was her first day back from vacation. Photos were taken of the tablecloth and they were exchanged for a new one. Despite the apologies, our trust in the hotel was already zero. See image 4, But not only did we find that the tablecloth was dirty. Below it was worse. See image 5 and 6. I am writing this so that you can correct these problems and improve, hopefully in the near future. Our stay has been unpleasant overall and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My question to the management and staff of the Hotel is the following: Would you eat here? I think it answers itself by seeing images 4,5 and 6. Geraldo

Quite average hotel, but the room they gave us, although small, was clean, simple and adequate for sleeping. We stayed 3 nights with Imserso on half board (breakfast and dinner). Dinner and breakfast were served to us in a room that you entered from the outside of the hotel (it was a kind of ghetto separated from the rest of the clients). Dinner was the same for everyone but in a garrison style, on the first day they served us a kind of soup or vegetable puree, on the second day a vague fish with a tomato sauce on top and for dessert the waitress came with a basket of oranges and He was giving one to each one. The rest of the days it was the same, and for breakfast they served thermoses with coffee and milk, some croissants, toast and little else. In short, looking at the price of the hotel on December 13, it was 53 euros, that is, 3 nights 159 euros, we have paid 249 euros for the Imserso for those same 3 nights, therefore we have paid 90 euros more than if we had gone on our own , that is with the right to a barracks dinner and breakfast. Anyway, it doesn't matter, go through Imserso, it is better to go on your own.

I would not go back. We went with CNT TRAVEL. Organized trip and it is assumed that it is full board. But the menu was, not closed, it was very closed, you didn't know what you were going to have lunch or dinner and poorly cooked, everything was stale, or raw, dry...horrible! And with no alternative to a change like a salad. When we complained, the waitress told us that this happened with all the groups and there were even clients who did not eat or dine and she laughed. In my group there were many of us who did not eat lunch or dinner, it was impossible. And the treatment at reception… along the same lines. The hotel blamed CNT TRAVEL and the agency blamed them. Everything is terrible. And the rooms on the first floor, you can't open the window, because they are at the height of the pool and the people in it are watching you or jumping if they felt like it. Closed hours for the entire group, whether for lunch, dinner or breakfast. The cleanliness of the bathroom is conspicuous by its absence.
