They didn’t clean the room because they claimed that it wasn’t included with my booking agreement 🤷🏻♂️

This was one of our several stays at the Westin Yorktown Mall Hotel in Lombard IL. The hotel continues very nice, well maintained and with excellent services from every employee we had contacts with. We were pleased to be in the same very nice and comfortable suite. Our special thanks to Daniel Marotto, the Front Office Assistant Manager, who has helped in our reservation process and also in several other requests that we had during our stay. The employees: in the reception were helpful and nice specially Maddison and Carlos and all the others. The housekeeping by Rosalba was perfect and very efficient, our special thanks to her It was also very nice to meet again and be serviced by our friend the Bell Captain Ty and also George. In the Coffee Shop it was nice to have the excellent services from Laura and also Ashniri. We will certainly return here soon.

Pool was great temp and size. Work out room was above what i expect at a hotel. Sauna was relaxing, whirlpool was good.
Room service and housekeepingvfast and efficient. All staff was very polite and kind.
A bit noisy by elevators and could here neighbors but nothing major.

Visiting from TNBA Hall of Fame ceremony. Very hospitable staff. Clean rooms and furniture. Comfortable bed. We met Charles at the concierge and he was a GODSEND!!! So accommodating!!! Very knowledgeable about ALL there is to do in Lombard and Chicago! He made our first experience to Illinois memorable and fun!!!! We can't wait to get back, thanks to Mr. Charles!!!!

Walking distance to Target, Yorktown mall, AMC theater and many restaurants. Pool , gym , sauna and hot tub are nice. Rooms are clean and comfy quiet.
