Excellent property that is extremely well run by Manager Abe with all staff friendly, helpful. Great quality of breakfast & dinner. Clean facility and rooms well laid out well for work and relaxing. Pool area maintained well.

Mattress was really breaking in worn out curtains had blood stains on them Front desk never answered the phones. Did they call waking us up before checkout time and we still had three hours before was time for us to check out? Never even got a chance to swim in the pool due to so many kids being in the pool it should be a cut off time for the kids for the pool

We have stayed at this Hyatt Place several times and each time we have been impressed with the staff, and each time we have found some inconvenience such as a poorly implemented fire process or an elevator out of order or no one available to prepare food in the evening. That said, the location and the friendly, helpful staff keep bringing us back even as there are several other hotels in the area,

The Front desk person was not pleasant, she was a bit rude. The room was nice but overall hotel was not as clean, housekeeping only came every two days and if you needed fresh towels you had to call to request them. Waffle machine was not working and the toast machine as well. Checked out early.

Bathroom could've been more clean. Elevator didn't work on one side. Breakfast was unorganized. Overall it was pretty good just as expected. I will still book with hyatt house in thr near future with some adjustments.

We love staying in this area when visiting friends and family, but this was an awful experience. Extremely loud and obnoxious guests were throwing a teen birthday party in rooms on the 6th floor and were messy and loud. Staff did nothing to address this despite telling us that they would. Barely slept the first night at the hotel and was told that my Hyatt points would be credited back to my account for our troubles. This didn't happen either. On top of that, we were on the 6th floor and only one of two elevators was in service which forced us to use the stairs or wait 5-10 minutes each time we wanted to go upstairs or downstairs. Not the Hyatt experience we're used to. Only real plus was the location and free parking! Breakfast was nice too, but too cramped/crowded to really enjoy it so we went out for breakfast instead.

Very nice and clean hotel! Staff is so nice and helpful. They are accommodating with anything extra you may need. Great breakfast and quiet for working hours. Nice location for shopping and restaurants. The hotel always feels safe inside and outside. A+

Arrived January 1, 2024! Just completing a THREE month very long stay, from out of state, waiting for my home to be built. This hotel has provided five star service, beginning to end. It is an older venue but the cleanliness is amazing. Front desk Ahsan, Avani and the night shift young man RAO, could not be more accommodating, polite and most professional. I am a very early riser and I see RAO each early morning, with a smile, in spite of working all night. He helps kitchen crew set up for breakfast and he is non-stop working. Management of this location runs a tight ship and it shows --- He is very hands on and extremely hard working. I certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Happy to provide an excellent review!
