Marina Elite hotelli oli todella ikävä kokemus. Hotellin esitteessä pitäisi mainita, että paikka ei sovi huonokuntoisille ja -jalkaisille matkailijoille! Huoneeni oli hotellin perimmäisessä nurkassa, ensin piti kävellä ylämäkeen todella pitkä matka, sen jälkeen kantaa matkalaukkua sokkeloisia käytäviä pitkin ja aina välillä kavuta lisää portaita. Tai sitten hotellissa pitäisi olla kantajia, jotka auttavat matkatavaroiden kanssa. Onneksi olin Elitessä vain kaksi yötä, siinä oli kaksi liikaa.
Näkymät olivat toki loistavat, siitä tuo yksi piste.

Booked a year ago, Was worried about the bad reviews . Please ignore them. Food was great(only problem was there was too much. Pool lovely, room was basic but it was all we needed. Have to admit the bathroom needed a little deep clean, but then so do most bathrooms abroad. Some staff did need smiling lessons. 😆. The wine wasn't that nice but I found that out side of the hotel too. Pool side cocktails 😋Really short walk to anfi beach, which is lovely ,but I wouldn't want to stay there our hotel was lovely and quite. Always got a sun bed. Would definitely go back there if returning to grancanaria.

Worst hotel in 40 years, all lies , bar closed , restaurant closed snack bar only open for an hour , no entertainment terrible, please avoid this place . We had room flooded , infestation of cockroaches , promises everything but delivers nothing .

I had a wonderful experience, having been worried about the reviews. Firstly the staff were wonderful and my little girl Pippa loved them and they always made a fuss of her. The rooms were always clean and I was surprised at the facilities, we had hobs, kettle fridge and freezer sections and the showers were large and powerful. The food was very well presented and lovely, they even had English sausages and bacon for breakfast even though I was attempting local food but they had the lot. The entertainment doesn’t run on a Monday or Tuesday as that is their day off but it accommodate for all and are great with Children. The location is a short (10 min) walk from Anfi beach in the next cove but the other way was is the more lively Puerto Rico which you can’t walk due to the main road but it was only €6 in a taxi and the reception call one for you and it’s there in minutes. My advice is go with an open mind and you will be happy

El personal agradable y las vistas al más (si lo pagas) estupendas, pero es lo único bueno. La comida muy escasa y casi todo es comida precocinada. El horario de snack muy escaso y hay muchas horas muertas en la que no puedes picar nada. Las actuaciones poco curradas y muy escuetas. (1-2 horas maximo). Hay que caminar mucho entre las habitaciones, bufé, piscina… Para 140€ la noche me parece que podrían dan un mejor servicio, al menos de comida.

Skicket på hotellet var dåligt och allmänytorna var slitna. Vi fick matförgiftning av frukostbuffen. Läget nära Anfi Beach var det enda positiva med detta hotell.

Flott opphald og god service. Sakna kjeldesortering av søppel. Budde på toppen så det var litt langt å gå med bagasje. Ellers er vi fornøgd med opphaldet og anbefalar det.
