Excellent location, tasty food, spacious rooms. The room air conditioning capacity is not as per the room size. Rest all good.

Property location is excellent with majestic views of mountains and valvan lake. Food is okie type and needs lot of improvement, there is no room service however upon request they do have room. Service with additional 15% charges. Choice of food is limited especially vegetarian food. Service is good with polite and humble staff. It's recommended for the majestic views but need serious enhancing of customer first type policy for repeat visits, i would say it's not worth visiting again and again expect for the views.

A most wonderful stay. Beautiful property & views. Very spacious rooms. Well equipped. We stayed in the cottage and it had a nice balcony. We got sun, rains & fog all in a single day. Food was tasty. The staff is very efficient and courteous. The access road to the hotel is a bit narrow. It is a pet friendly hotel. They have cats and geese on the property.

We had booked the costliest room(cottage room) for 15000 inclusive of taxes. Our experience was terrible. No handwash in bathroom, no hand towel was provided untill asked, no slippers. Interior and furniture was substandard for this price the most terrible thing we found the lizard in the room. It was the biggest issue as we had our 6 month old daughter with us. Please do not go if you are paying this high price just for views(mountains)

View is awesome. But property is not maintained. Rooms are not clean. I changed my room after reaching. Due to rainy season the walls were cracked and water droplets were visible for which they arranged bucket in case if they start falling down. Food was ok. Overall we enjoyed the natural view.

The views from the resort are really nice, they have good food, and the housekeeping staff is also very helpful. The only issue i see is the road to reach the resort which is very risky and in bad condition but it is worth visiting.

Property is at the best location. Picturesque. We were not expecting place to be so so scenic. At one point you are in clouds and after some time you can have an amazing view of mountains

We had booked 2 rooms for our family, rooms are spacious, but one of the bathroom shower was not working properly, so we faced a bit of problem. Also the cost of lunch and dinner is quite hyped up, as the location is up in the hills, it is not easily accessible to go out for food. Also the roads to the property are very dirty, though the property owner has made it up with p aver block to some extent. Rest location wise, property ambience 10/10
