A decent hotel in a good location.
The breakfast area is clean and well-organized (free breakfast).
They have underground parking with one level of parking and this was very convenient.
The restaurant across the street was very good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was overlooked by housekeeping but the front desk delivered coffee supplies when I called down. It was very difficult to sleep as noise levels were off the charts. Guests on my floor partying until 3 and 4 am was difficult.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel because she had an early morning appointment at the University Hospital. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the room was clean, comfortable and sufficiently stocked. I booked through ******* but was told that at check out that had I booked with them directly and told that we were there for medical reasons, that I could have gotten a cheaper rate and parking would have been free. We will know this for next time and would definitely stay again.
