The picture shows the location. It is in the center of the city. There are good consumer stores around. The exterior design is unique. The room is big. But the hotel has a bit of history. It would be better to upgrade the interior decoration

The dust in the bathroom cabinet is not wiped clean, the air conditioner is too loud, the housekeeping has to ask for service, but the hotel staff has a good attitude

The pool was closed and not in service. To compare with others hotels in downtown London, price for the room was not worth. There was nothing special.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a double Queen room on Wednesday April 17th, 2024. The hotel lobby is beautiful, check in was smooth and friendly, our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was very neutral not spectacular but very pleasant. Issues mentioned in negative reviews: Valet parking was taken care of quickly and the staff was very friendly. I especially liked the option to use my smartphone to request the car at a convenient time for me and the car was ready 10 minutes earlier than I requested. Of course it was 9:00 a.m. on a weekday so the day and time you request may affect results. I barely noticed a chlorine smell in the lobby and only when I walked around the corner towards the pool area . The elevators were all working. This is an excellent hotel for an event at Budweiser Gardens, it's an easy half mile walk.

Our family of four stayed at the Delta Armouries for one night in June 2023 while visiting some friends in London. I had very high hopes for this hotel as it is a Delta so we payed a premium for what I consider London ON prices. I was unfortunately slightly underwhelmed by the hotel. Outside it very cool looking as it looks like a castle and inside is very interesting in the pool area but the photos I saw looked like there was a hot tub but when we arrived the hot tub was bricked over. I'm not sure how long it had been that way but it was a little disappointing as was expecting that. The room was mediocre clean, though it was updated and the beds were very comfortable. I give it a three, it wasn't terrible and there are lots of interesting little nocks to explore but I'd say for the price the expectations were higher than what I recieved.
