Motel 6 London, on - Ontario

I’m actually very upset about the most recent morning at the hotel. I had paid for an additional night, room service had already been by the room and we let them know we were okay and grabbed a few supplies. We proceeded to take a nap. We put a do not disturb sign on the door. Late afternoon I wake up to someone trying to enter my room. She told me housekeeping but had no supplies with her at all. Are we as guests not allowed any privacy? Had we not been in the room what was she going to do? This was really upsetting to Me.

We’ve been extending our stay night by night. This one was pretty uneventful. I was able to get a bit of a break on the room price since we’ve been there almost 2 weeks now.

Very nice staff

During my stay at Motel6, I found it to be one of the finest accommodations in town. It offers great value for the price, making it a worthwhile choice. The staff members were incredibly friendly, always accessible, and displayed exceptional courtesy. The rooms were impeccably tidy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat. Staying there truly felt like being in a home away from home. Thanks to all team

-We had a terrible experience! I had booked two rooms for a family vacation, when we arrived to check in they could only find one room reservation and so we all crowded into one room. -Tried to go swimming in the evening and chlorine was so strong we couldn't sit in the pool area for more than 30 minutes, we all had sore eyes (even those of us who didn't swim but just sat in there watching) and our six year old coughed uncontrollably for an hour after swimming - Towels in the pool area were threadbare with holes/rips and thin - THIS IS THE WORST PART: At 10 30 p.m. after we had gone to sleep (and our six year old was sleeping soundly) the front desk called to say they had found our reservation for the second room and we'd be charged for it regardless, so half of us went upstairs to the second room, only to find that there was just a space heater and improper bedding, cheap/thin brown blankets and not the same white quilts as in our original room, we called down for warmer bedding and were told it wasn't available; the room was freezing with a layer of frost on the toilet seat; brown and red stains all over one of the beds and red stains in the bathroom sink; spoke with management next morning and explained the entire situation and was told they can only ever offer a 10% discount, which was only 15 dollars for that second room. -No advertisement on their website that the upper floors only have space heaters and no proper bedding; - Am telling EVERYONE not to stay here

Good place

Very close to White Oaks Mall and right off the 401 Window is broken and letting cold air in and cant control the thermostat
