I’m actually very upset about the most recent morning at the hotel. I had paid for an additional night, room service had already been by the room and we let them know we were okay and grabbed a few supplies. We proceeded to take a nap. We put a do not disturb sign on the door. Late afternoon I wake up to someone trying to enter my room. She told me housekeeping but had no supplies with her at all. Are we as guests not allowed any privacy? Had we not been in the room what was she going to do? This was really upsetting to

We’ve been extending our stay night by night. This one was pretty uneventful. I was able to get a bit of a break on the room price since we’ve been there almost 2 weeks now.

This hotel is filthy degeulasse you should not even put this hotel in your choice. The place is messy from the lobby to the room. The towel and the blanket are dirty, you can see it. I am a single woman and I even feared for my safety the place is not safe anyone can enter without very worrying problem.

The beds and bedding were comfortable, but that is where the comfort ended. The walls in room 301 had splatters on them, in living space as well as bathroom. The carpets throughout were not great and elevator was dilapidated and one was broken. Cheap motel, I get it, I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but it definitely could be cleaner and taken care of more.

The parking lot was full of snow, nothing shoveled at all. The rooms are heated with a portable heater so it was extremely hot, when we got in. Turn the shower on and brown water came out. The bed was very soft. Only a thin sheet for a blanket. You get what you pay for

No complimentary breakfast. Upstairs guests were noisy and disturbed late night sleep. Did not provide me with the final bill saying ask ******* for the bill. No water bottles or coffee machines in room.
