Location is great in term of accessing tubes and public transports. Buses right at the door steps getting you into Paddington Station and Oxford Street; the tube stations are only few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. The hotel cafe is exotic and cheap; hotel guests enjoy a bit of discount as well! There is a Tesco supermarket and Starbucks right opposite to the hotel. Overall it’s bad for value!!

The room in the basement was a nightmare to get to. There was no indication when making the booking that it was not easy to access for my elderly mother. Whilst there a customer complained about the bed sheets not having been changed which was similar of our experience. Our room was just below an air handling unit which kept starting and stopping all night making sleeping near on impossible. I do not recommend this hotel at all especially if you're elderly, have lots of bags, don't have great mobility or aren't fit

Rooms are comfortable, staff is helpful and friendly, rates are good also and food next door restaurant chaiiwala is good which offer discount. Easy to commute in city and tesco is across the road, gym is also next door 🚪 good experience

Good location for the party we were attending in a local pub ( or when the Underground and Overground aren't suspended as they unfortunately were this weekend it would be!), room was nice, big and clean. Only real complaint was the lack of power sockets in the room as there were only 2 for the entire room and were nowhere near the bed! Would use again should we need to stay in that area again.
