We booked 2 rooms from April 30th, 2024, to May 5th, 2024. When we arrived at the hotel on the first day, the elevator was not working, and we were forced to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. The windows in the room are completely sealed shut and do not open even a little, causing the air to become stagnant. The air conditioning and bathroom extractor fan do not work. • 1st night - we had no hot water in one of the rooms. • 2nd night - we had no hot water in the other room, forcing one person to heat water in the kettle to shower. • 3rd night - a short circuit occurred in one of the rooms, there was no light, and the problem was not resolved, which forced us to change to a room in the basement without a window. The receptionist told us that the next day he would reserve a room for exchange, and the same information was given and reinforced by another colleague the next morning. On that same day, when we returned to the hotel at night, there were no rooms available because, due to lack of communication and responsibility, they assigned the room to other guests. • 4th night - We had no wifi in the 2 rooms (3 phones without wifi), the bathroom was not cleaned in both rooms, and the dishes were not washed. • Another day when the hotel did not provide us with any room for exchange, and the guests had to stay 2 nights in a basement room without a window, when the service we paid for was for 1 room with a window. Absolutely unacceptable. In the basement room, the only one the hotel provided after the short circuit in one of the rooms, noise, probably from construction or machines, started at 6 am, waking people up at that time. As for the cleanliness in both rooms, the beds were so poorly made that the pillows were thrown onto the bed. Lack of Responsibility and Customer Service We asked several times to speak with the hotel manager, Antreas Vrapi, who was never available at the hotel, did not contact us, and never assumed any responsibility. The hotel does not have a complaints book. Absolutely unacceptable.
