Kingsland Hotel

The hotel is not that far but around 40 min by metro to any place in the center, so is still but you need to count with that extra travel time in your holidays schedule. About the hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean. Just smalls toilets and showers but as almost all hotels around. I would just say that is in a roundabout so kite busy and cars noice if your windows are open, if not is ok. The personal was really kind and seems they are 24hours in the place and quite disponible. We stayed two nights and they gave given new towers for the second day. The neighborhood is calm around, but with supermarkets and restaurants. Definitely, a good price quality relation.

This hotel was falsely advertised. 1. There was no breakfast available even though the price we paid included breakfast and no alternative / attempt to compensate. 1. The bed was not queen sized - 2 beds pushed together but feet hanging off the end of the bed. 3. The room was not as clean as it appeared in pictures - especially the bathroom! Shower floor was dirty and stained blue. Customer service was poor - when we asked about a price reduction due to no breakfast the person at the desk says “that’s why I’m telling you before check-in”, implying that we could leave if we weren’t happy. The issue with this is that it was too late to go elsewhere and the booking was non-refundable. No apology was offered, just excuses: “we keep asking the site to take the breakfast ad down but they’re not doing it”. We asked for a refund and we’re asked to go back to the website. Highly unsatisfied with this visit - we barely wanted to sleep there - and requesting a refund.

It was alright but the toilet was very small and TV was useless and small aswell

This property could do with some work like a fresh coat of paint, perhaps refurbished bathrooms too. Our room wasn't hoovered properly in several areas. For ataying one night, it wasnt bad, but in short, I could see why it was so cheap. The surrounding area was the best part.
