It was a shady store. They broke the glass shade of a floor lamp and confiscated all the deposits. They also said that if you broke my TV or washing machine, we would only charge you a 200 pound deposit.

We had a great stay here … we would stay there again . It was spacious, modern and clean .. only thing they don’t make accommodations for early check ins which was unfortunate for us because we arrived way before 3pm. They didn’t even try to accommodate for our luggage

The accommodation has a good train connection to the city. We felt very comfortable and communication was problem-free. We had to let them know our arrival time one day in advance and were met promptly at reception. The only downside was that our bed was very uncomfortable. The springs in the bed were pushing through, which gave me back pain for the first few days. Otherwise, everything was great.

Amazing experience start to finish. Staff were very accommodating and answered all of my requests. The apar**ent itself is absolutely stunning. Would 100% be staying here again. The view is phenomenal even on the 30th floor. Good amenities nearby.

The apar**ent is big and clean. There's washer and dryer, and a small kitchen, which I appreciate. The view was lovely. The only problem was the bathroom. The bathtub is rather high to climb over. There wasnt a safety handrail or any kind of support that we can hold on to. My husband and I both slipped several times throughout our stay, getting in and out of the bathtub, even though we put down the non slip mat. Obviously the non slip mat wasn't working very well. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would have given it a perfect score if its not for this issue.
