Book at your own risk. My short London trip was spoilt by the careless attitude of the property. The property does not have a front desk and communication in almost non existant. Even after confirmation ( which U obtained with great difficulty) , a chance call to the property the night before travel , I was told that there was no reservation for us as they were overbooked. . Later on and after plenty of persuasion and phone calls, we were accomodated for two days in place of four.
