Caspian Hotel

Very much need of a clean, don't cater to much for dietary and allergy requirements. Management team seem very flustered at times, despite being pleasant. Plus that there is plenty about in Ealing, but much better b & b's in the area

So handy for everything tube bus and rail links on the doorstep pubs cafes and takeaways all near by has own on site parking quick and easy check in rooms have everything you need staff helpful, well priced budget hotel that does what it says on the tin

This feels more like a stay with extended family rather than a hotel stay. Welcoming all the way! The team there are so helpful and caring. It also opens onto the splendid Haven Green which, even on the hottest of days, lives up to its name. I left feeling revived with my trust in human nature restored.

Stayed at the Caspian during half term. We had Room 12 (family room) with an en suite shower room and were able to park car for the duration of our stay - a real bonus! We were very warmly welcomed by Mr Samari who was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was light, airy with a garden view, equipped with all the basics and a fridge which was particularly useful for us.. The beds were extremely comfortable, We appreciated hot showers, too, especially after long days sightseeing and shopping. The room was kept lovely and clean by the housekeeper. The hotel is very conveniently located for Ealing centre and Ealing Broadway station. Although the hotel is on a busy road junction, we were not disturbed by traffic in the evenings or overnight. During our stay breakfast was at Mama Mia cafe in Ealing shopping centre. We had plentiful, well-cooked full English breakfasts, efficient service. (Hopefully, in the future, breakfast will be offered again in the hotel.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

I have over the past 30 years , visited most cities ,and countless hotels ,and B&Bs .But I have never felt so compelled to write a review on my visit too the Caspian Hotel.. When arranging my visit to Ealing Broadway ,I was looking for accommodation near train station ,and moreso near the Care home that my uncle John is in. I was expecting a travellodge too be the first choice ..Nope ,it was much further ! Caspian is less than 2/3 minutes from the heart of Ealing ,it sticks out (not like a sore thumb that's for sure ) but so catching on the eye ,it looks more suited with its beautiful garden and aqua green frontage ,too be more suited in a Mediterranean village. On arriving , I was given a great friendly welcome from thd owner , and the reassurance that he and his staff would be at hand if I wanted anything .. For being bang in the centre Ealing Broadway, I could not believe how inexpensive my stay was , I seriously expected considerably more . My room ,was similar to a boutique room I have stayed in another hotel , bright and vibrant, clean as a whistle ,with all the extras you get in top hotels. It goes without saying that I would recommend this fantastic ,friendly ,family hotel too put it top of your list should you be planning business or pleasure in the beautiful part of London, Ealing Broadway.. Top marks all round .. and thats a FACT..
