Great reception staff, particularly John - nothing to much trouble. Room clean and bed nice and. comfortable. Great shower with nice white towels. Added bonus was parking on site, which was easy to use. Hotel has easy access to Ealing and travel facilities. All in all a great stay.

Obviously recently refurbished but a very enjoyable staff. Lovely staff, quick efficient and friendly. Highly recommend. Location really good.

Stayed for work for 6 weeks in total Great hotel, John was amazing very welcoming. Would highly recommend. Will be staying again. Parking was easy and safe. All shops in walking distance. Clean rooms and nice bar. Local to tube station aswell

The Good: Location Cleanness Lovely hot power shower The Bad There was an issue with the room, that was not dealt with, the member of staff approached was not interested, at all. There is an office block right next door, so you have to keep the curtains closed all day unless you want office staff looking at you. Staff not particularly smiley or welcoming, although not rude.

Group of 8 travelling to london, superb location, great price, comfortable beds. Excellent staff taking care of us at all times.
