The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building.
There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down.
The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden.
Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.

very bad. Terrible service, don't go. The check-in time is according to the front desk. The room was not cleaned up at 4 pm, and I was directly told when I can check in and wait for her notification. The attitude is bad! The house smells very damp, the bathroom can only stand in the bathtub to take a bath, there is no anti-skid, it was dropped, almost hit my head! bad bad bad

I chose this hotel due to the free parking and the proximity to the Hanger Lane tube, and I was extremely happy to discover that this hotel offers you a great value for money. The service from Aladdin was impeccable. The room was great, clean, quiet. The bed was excellent and they even offered a coffee machine with real milk. I will surely book it again.

We stayed in a 2-bedrooms apartment Room 611 for 3 nights. The hotel services, room facilities and room condition are all good, however, the noise caused by the water pipes in Room 611 was not acceptable, which was last from the evening to almost whole night for almost every nights we stayed there, even though we closed the room door.
The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is right near Manchester Piccadilly train station and there are plenty of cafes and supermarkets downstairs. It only takes around 10 mins walk to city centre Piccadilly Garden and 15 mins walk to high street and Arndale shopping mal.l

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2024 and the photos really are deceptive. The hotel is in need of upkeep. The rooms are very small (cant open 2 suitcases) and not as glamourous as the photos make it out to be. Our wardrobe door was broken, so this could not be used at all. The bathroom is EXTREMELY small. Water, tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. The heater was not working and informed staff about this, not great when freezing cold outside. The hotel reception staff are lovely, but no-one offers to help with luggage. Ps there are very awkward stairs and no elevator if this is needed for you. For the price we paid being London it was ok for a place to stay.

Nie and cozy hotel, room quite small so tricky to move around. But generały the hotel has a nice feeling and is very clean.
There is a nice Italian restaurant near by and a lot of shops. Area is convenient.
