I caught an early flight to Venice. It was a great choice for an airport hotel. I arrived late and left early. I couldn’t provide any comments on the environment. It was just that the transportation was convenient. No complaints. The price-performance ratio was okay.

Worst Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. It felt dirty and unloved. The staff were quite rude and dismissive except for one who was smiling and polite. The team member at breakfast was very aggressive. There was orange squash on offer as they hadn’t got juice on the breakfast bar. We were not told about building works and also the sign had come off the lift saying do not use so we went in before realising it only had polythene sheeting on the walls of the lift. This is a great disappointment to the premier inn chain.

Myself and my daughter stayed here on sunday night in room 216. The 2 female staff members who seemed to be doing every job in the hotel were outstanding. I’ve stayed across the road at the travelodge but this is such a better experience. Hot water, great staff and a lovely hot breakfast

I booked Premier Plus and the room was great. The hotel is well-located - not far from Ealing Broadway. Great experience. Lakshmi, the manager was very helpful.

Family of 4 (2 kids under 2), as family people are aware, kids are not too predictable. The youngest had a poonami at 1pm while we were getting ready to go out for the afternoon (the time is essential for this review). As we were leaving I left a request that the room be cleaned due to the incident and the floor hoovered as it had not been done yet. Firstly, they mentioned they clean and change the rooms every 5 days. Due to us staying for only 2 days, does that mean someone else has slept in these sheets before us and not changed? Second - they said I should have told them before midday to clean the room so they can book it in with the cleaning team. So I need to plan when my kid is gonna explode is what I’m being told in essence. Third point - when we came back to the room in the evening it was very entertaining to see they had come to the room, the floor was not vacuumed as it was still as dirty as when we checked in, and the beds were made, showing the result of the youngest kids antics like it was a peice of art in the middle of the bed. When you have 2 young kids who are moaning as they have just been awoken to get back into the hotel as well as an overstimulated mother of 2. Not fun being the ear at the end of all 3 of them. One thing I will say which was good - the breakfast staff were great, couldn’t have asked for better catering management.

Excessive noise on floor at midnight and when you report this to reception they say they will do a floor walk and it doesn't happen. Toilet contained lots of marks within the pan and doesn't look clean. The fan in the bathroom sounds like a lawn mower, and when we went downstairs for breakfast, there as lots of dust on the surfaces around the seating area, re-affirm cleaning issue. The staff within the kitchen being excessively loud and whilst it's nice, they have a bond, they clearly seem to forget this is also a place where customers are paying to eat with relative peace and do not want to hear their conversation reverbating around the room. A kid racing a remote-control car in the breakfast area with premier staff allowing this to continue and using his mobile phone whilst picking up plates, no concept of health and safety. Oh if you like to watch TV before you fall asleep, prepare for neck-ache, wonderful creative position of TV opposite an armchair not your bed. I just think this hotel lacks management and does not have customer's best interests. Overprice!! you simply paying for location and poor customer service/experience. No idea why it's a Plus, its should be Premier Inn Minus.

Room was not clean and had to sleep in unclean room with family. I will uploaded some photos. Reception( Rupesh) provided garbage bag to me to clean myself and conveyed they are not responsible and I have to wait next day morning 9:00AM if I need to escalate. I have noticed many non professionalism all over my stay compared to my earlier stay in London kew. On first day washbasin exit was suck, water kettle was not clean and there half full contaminated water possibly left over from earlier customer. Those seven days was my worst hotly experience ever
