What a great find. A gorgeous b&b tucked away in Muswell Hill. Clean, great hosts, lovely breakfast served in your room and a ten minute walk to the Ally Pally. I was a little unsure about sharing the bathroom with other guests but it really wasn't a problem. Highly recommended.

The actual stay: We were given a small, dated room filled with shabby old furniture, a dangerous slippery rug on a wooden floor and a spare bed base stored in it. We had to share a tiny lavatory with the rest of the guests in the accommodation. Next morning, the hosts marched into my room with breakfast in the morning while I was still half asleep with no respect for my privacy. Please also make sure you are aware this is a family home with pets and NOT an actual establishment operating exclusively as a hotel/b&b... and you are expected to depart no later than 10.00am sharp. Afterwards: I posted my honest feelings in a review on Google and the host replied with malicious lies, accusing me of damaging the property and attempting to leave without paying, both totally untrue accusations (see my *********** receipt attached.) So in my opinion, this tells you everything you need to know about his character and I recommend you stay away from this place.

Fantastic b n b. Run by a fascinating couple and their dogs!😍 Comfortable. Great breakfast delivered to the room and 5 mins from Alexandra palace All amenities were fantastic and can’t find any fault whatsoever about this place and we will be back! 5*******

We stayed at Muswell B&B last night as we were watching a concert at Alexandra Palace, which is only a ten minute walk away. BnB is beautiful and extremely clean. Owners were so friendly and welcoming, really helpful with tips for where we could visit. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and great value! 10/10 stay
