The building is generally narrow and it was a little difficult to carry suitcases. The room is clean, but you can hear outside noise even with the windows closed.

Family of 4. 2 adult 2 children. Arrived at 7pm. After a long day driving 300 miles and awake since 4.30am (wife straight after a night shift) all we wanted was something to eat and sleep. We settled in at 9.30. At 11pm the room phone starts ringing at fire alarm volume waking everyone. The reception claims asks if we are making noise. Advised they had woken us. Coming pained to booking agent who rang the hotel. At 11:40am. The phone booms again. I go down to speak to reception very, claims that 2 rooms have complained about their neighbour, the rooms are across the other side of the hotel from us. Not been able to get back to sleep, have another 300 miles to drive tomorrow. Very unhappy. Never ever had an experience like this.

It does exactly what you need. I work locally and need somewhere affordable to stay teo nights a week. The hotel has 24/7 reception and parking. It feels safe. It’s warm. It’s quiet. It’s comfy. It’s got what you need in the room; shower, toilet, comfy bed.

Nice location near the main area of Muswell Hill. A small customer car park on site. Great reception and check in was straight forward. The rooms are clean enough, but tired and I personally found the beds not particularly comfortable. Noise seems to travel from room to room significantly.

Nothing wrong with this place if used for a short stay for an event which is what we did. Excellent walking distance to Muswell Hill high street and shops. 4 min drive or 15 min walk to Alexandra Palace. Room clean with tea and coffee facilities. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, secure door. Receptionist pleasant. Nice outdoor seating area at front. No parking when we arrived but plenty of off street parking so got a space. Would stay again.
