Spacious apartment. Good location. Friendly staff. Could pay more attention to detail- bedroom needed cleaning behind the door. The shower in the bathroom needs to be fixed and the balcony could be swept.
Overall, the room was fine and a good base for a stay in London.

Central location. No onsite consierge, but I was always able to get through to helpful staff when I called the office number.
Problems were promptly addressed.

We stayed here on a family trip to London and were very disappointed with the accommodation. The kitchen facilities were very poor- the oven and toaster didn’t work, there wasn’t enough cutlery for 4 people, the flat smelt of cigarette smoke, the living room blind was broken, the iron didn’t work properly and burnt a shirt, and there were no light bulbs in the lamps. The flat was very sp**** and bare with no carpets, rugs, 1 cushion, no pictures on the walls etc etc. The entrance to the flat was past the bins - not really the 4 star accommodation that is advertised.
