Me and my 3 friends stayed here on separate months during the pandemic. Very clean and friendly at first glance however after a couple of weeks we all witnessed on separate occasions domestic violence and got complaints for leaving breadcrumbs on the floor/table and open candy and crisp bags by the night table during daytime when going out. I also saw food stain on the wall and was accused of causing the stain before I left. The toilet wasn't flushing properly and when my friend stayed there after my recommendation he was accused of causing the food stain and breaking the toilet, they demanded money from my friend for half of the bill of reparation. He also witnessed the domestic violence by the wife towards her husband who acted oblivious to what me and other guests had witnessed. As this was during the pandemic it was difficult to find another guesthouse so we chose to stay quiet as we assumed they struggled financially at the time. However, later when I tried book with them again the husband kept saying they were full booked and refurbishing rooms. But when I pretended to be someone else they had suddenly available rooms. I can only come to the conclusion that if you don't keep your room spotless 24/7 you'll be blacklisted.

Another excellent visit to Kato London Haus. Friendly, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a delicious continental breakfast in the morning. Very handy for tube and bus route and Lidl, Sainsburys and other shops nearby. Would have no problem whatsoever in recommending.

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were lucky enough to have tickets for the ladies final at Wimbledon. Room was very comfortable and clean with access to a beautiful well looked after garden with outside seating. The area is residential and very quiet. Only saw the host once on our arrival but he was very welcoming and gave us information on how to get to Wimbledon by tram which is only around 15 minutes walk away from the accommodation. The price was very good for London and I would recommend Kato Londonhaus to anyone looking for a reasonably priced good quality accommodation.

Katolondonhaus "HOSTEL" Stinks Nothing at all basically. It was a shock. It is so very overpriced. It is a hostel, not a hotel or even a guest house. One of the worst places I ever stayed in.FILTHY & STINKY Room, Rude staff, Poorly Managed Hostel, access to drinking water is shut at 9 pm, No Basic Amenities. The bathroom is a Joke, The 2 sitting Chairs in the Room are Child Sized. The bathroom is 3 feet wide. "Health and Hygiene Inspection is imminent" and the owners who are staff as well need to learn Mannerisms before taking any professional training. The amount is money being Charged for a Room is 4 Times more than its Worth. The Room Price should not be more than £25. Never Ever Again, Please Stay Away. I had a sleepless warm night without even a fan or drinking water, even requested a number of times. Absolute Torturous Experience, for which I paid through my Nose. I am filing a Full Refund to the Booking Platform and Hotel, leaving aside any Compensation.

Excellent! So clean and comfortable. We were down in London for a friends 50th birthday so needed local accommodation. We were 100% happy with our stay. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Having stated in Japan, I like the Japanese ritual of removing shoes at the door.

Excellent, very clean and comfortable bed and breakfast with very friendly and helpful hosts. Incredible value for money, especially for London. Continental breakfast was superb, with a lovely selection of items which included; fresh fruit salad, cheese and cold meats, tea, coffee, pastries, different breads, boiled eggs and fruit juice. The location was close to local amenities and to Wimbledon, but in a very peaceful residential area with private off road parking. All in all, a lovely short (two night) stay, thank you.

I was so pleased to be staying at Kato London Haus again. This is such a peaceful place to be. Thank you Mitsuo and family for being so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated a spotlessly clean ,airy room, with a most comfortable bed and lovely linen. I hope to see you again soon.
