This hotel's setting is as beautiful as a painting, and its prime location makes getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and spotless, which instantly lifts your spirits. Plus, having a Starbucks downstairs is a fantastic bonus, offering a great spot for both relaxation and business meetings. The staff are all incredibly warm, polite, and graceful, making you feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Cheerful and pleasant staff. Room is spacious with kitchen and washing machine all in good settings. Perfect for family in London for travel over a week. Close to Earls Court station and supermarket nearby.
This is my second time staying here and overall I am quite satisfied:
Located in the city of London, surrounded by high-end business districts, dining and living facilities are very convenient. It is also very close to St. Paul, with beautiful scenery and convenient travel. Public transportation and taxis are very convenient.
Overall, convenient location and friendly staff. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. There is no gym on site but they can give you a pass to use one down the road about 5 minutes away. There is a santander rental bike stand on the corner which is convenient for getting around hyde park area. An easy walk to the natural history, science, and art museums. Overall great stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I continue to love it for a few reasons:
Firstly, the location is superb. It's within walking distance to the subway station, as well as attractions like the V&A, Kensington Park, Kensington Palace, and Hyde Park. It's also just three bus stops away from shopping areas like Harrods and Knightsbridge. On a nice day, I love to go for a run in Kensington Park in the morning, enjoying a brief 'London staycation' moment.
Secondly, the room facilities are excellent. Although the room is a tad small, the kitchen facilities and utensils are incredibly comprehensive. There's a huge Tesco just three bus stops away, so if you don't feel like eating out, you can easily buy ingredients and cook a simple meal in your room – it's very convenient. The bathroom facilities are also top-notch, with L'Occitane toiletries, which is a great bonus.
Thirdly, it offers good value for money. While it's a bit pricier than some other hotels, the excellent location offsets that cost by saving time and transportation expenses. Plus, cooking for myself occasionally also saves on food costs.
This time, I stayed for eight nights to really immerse myself in London, but I encountered a 'terrible' front desk staff member. Firstly, my booking clearly requested a high floor, but he only assigned me to the second floor. Secondly, on checkout day, he forcibly tried to charge me a service fee. Luckily, I booked through Ctrip, and they refunded me the amount in RMB, so I didn't incur any actual losses, but it was incredibly annoying. I hope the hotel sees this. I probably won't choose this place again. Losing a loyal customer over a small service fee – you really need to standardize your service protocols.

Very good hotel, in London where every inch of land is valuable, you can live in a room of more than 130 square meters, which is really luxurious, and the price is very reasonable. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable and the facilities are complete. All the electrical appliances are Miele, dishwasher, oven, washing machine and dryer, etc. The tableware is of first-class quality and fully equipped. It is really satisfying to have such a complete configuration in a foreign country. I read the comments online before, saying that the credit card deposit is returned slowly. When checking in, I asked about it. It turns out that you can pay in cash, so you can return it directly when you check out, which is very smooth. Special thanks to Craig, Balumr, Adon, Carmer, for their warm care for us. By the way, the kitchen is also prepared with a lot of instant noodles, snacks, bread, etc. as shown in the picture below. There are milk, soda, cheese, chicken sausages in the refrigerator, which are really endless. It takes only a few minutes to walk out to Kensington Park. Kensington is next to Hyde Park, with lawns and small lakes. You can see many swans and squirrels. I went for a walk every day during the four days I stayed there. It was very pleasant. I really recommend it!
Stayed for three days, the location is excellent, in the rich area of Chelsea, also near the Sloane Square subway station, and the price is reasonable when set. The kitchen is very easy to use. There is a dishwasher, and the utensils are very complete. You can get milk instant noodles, but only once. No matter how many days you live, it would be good if you can come according to the number of days

The location is conveniently located with a subway and bus stop just a three-minute walk behind the building, providing direct access to various attractions and commercial areas. It's also conveniently situated near supermarkets, KFC, and restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk. The subway provides direct access to the airport upon departure. During my five-day stay in winter, the room was warmly air-conditioned, and the bathroom had underfloor heating and a heated clothesline. The kitchen featured a Miele washer-dryer combo and a full set of imported kitchen appliances. It was very convenient to buy breakfast from the supermarket and cook it myself in the morning.
The service was also excellent. For example, two incidents occurred: 1. The sofa bed booked through Ctrip was unavailable, and the front desk immediately arranged for an extra bed with bedding, towels, and bathrobes. 2. One of my child's belongings went missing after cleaning, and the manager immediately ordered a replacement from Amazon and delivered it. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
