Transiting through Heathrow again, so this hotel at T4 is still my top choice. The room was clean and tidy as always, and checking out was quite convenient. I just dropped the key off on the 2nd floor and took the direct walkway to the airport departures.

Exiting the subway station, just follow the signs, it's very convenient. You can also buy some things at the shops. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to the airport, and there's a dedicated walkway... very convenient.

Great airport hotel with direct walk‑way access to Terminal 4, felt really safe staying here. Room facilities are generally good. However, small details could be improved. One power socket in my room was loose and wouldn’t hold plugs properly. Just note the price can fluctuate a lot, so you may see big price differences at times. Perfect for an overnight stay before your flight.

Convenient for transit, with easy subway access. Arrived around 11 PM for a morning connecting flight the next day. The room was comfortable, the reception staff were friendly, and both the room and bathroom were clean.

GLUTEN FREE REVIEW!
Wow. This is genuinely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in terms of the safety regarding allergies. When arriving for buffet breakfast I was asked if I had any allergies. I informed the staff that I had celiac diseases and therefore couldn’t eat gluten.
I was given 5 mins to read the allergen sheet, at which point a lovely staff member came over and insisted that I ordered my meal to be cooked separately (instead of the buffet to avoid cross contamination)
This is the first time I have been offered this at a free hotel breakfast. I was also offered a change of cutlery! I work in the area and have eaten dinner here before (delicious burger and chips cooked in separate fryer) but this was the first time trying the breakfast. I am extremely grateful of the restaurant staff making me feel safe. It really means a lot to me.
The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are always super comfortable.
The WiFi is fast and the check in is smooth. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone gluten free/celiac/other allergies. Stress free allergen free start to a holiday or work trip!
