Tower Residences by Blue Orchid

I was really fortunate to get an upgrade to a beautiful suite. I really love the layout the only downside was it didn't have a bathtub but apart from that it was a lovely suite right near the tower Bridge station with easy access to Central London

Firstly, I would definitely recommend here to family and friends. The location is excellent, accommodation is superb and it was fantastic value for money! There were a few niggles that would have made the stay even better that I think could be easily changed - - hairdryer - it took us ages to find it and we actually requested one to be brought to the room but it never arrived. When we did find the hairdryer it was really poor quality. - sofa bed - This was extremely uncomfortable (I know they always are). I think a mattress topper should be provided for guests using the sofa beds. - the main bed was also very hard. This suited my son and he had a good night sleep but my daughter found it really uncomfortable. - we did request an additional put me up bed but the hotel can’t accommodate this. I found this strange and the apartments are huge! - kitchen - the kitchen was great and the breakfast cereal was a welcome addition. I think a pack of biscuits would also have been a nice addition. - breakfast - breakfast is at the tower suites and is £27 per head but residence guests get it at a discounted rate of £20 for adults and £10 for children. When we went to book in the morning we were told that the discount was only valid if booked the night before, we weren’t informed of this on arrival. I was then told children were only up to the age of 10. To be fair the lady on reception did say she would honour the discount rate but wasn’t sure about the children’s rate so we decided to leave it as £80 for breakfast was more than we wanted to pay. All these niggles are minor and won’t be an issue for everyone. Over all the apartments were modern, incredibly spacious with a large bedroom, hallway, large separate lounge/2nd bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with views overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. We will definitely book again.

Do not stay here. There is no AC. It is ugly and dingy inside - the rooms and general hotel bear no resemblance to the photos. They don’t do breakfast. It’s a 3 star hotel at best. So disappointing.

Very Good Hotel with beautiful location staff there is very very friendly very cooperative and very courteous i really appreciate each and every staff member They are managing it in the best possible way. Much appreciated we really enjoyed our stay it was very comfortable i will definitely love to revisit and i strongly recommend the place..
