Although the room was not large, it was well-equipped and smartly laid out, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and the British Museum, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing.

I was originally scheduled to stay at another hotel, but due to unforeseen circumstances on their part, I was referred to this hotel instead. It's about a 5-minute walk from King's Cross Station, which is very convenient if you're using the Eurostar. Luggage storage cost 3 pounds per bag. The room had air conditioning, and even though there was no window, it didn't feel damp at all and was very clean. Hot water was readily available, and a hairdryer was also provided in the room.

I expected the room to be small, but it was incredibly cramped, barely allowing two adults to move around. It almost felt claustrophobic. If you're tall or have a larger build, you should seriously consider this. On the upside, it's a great location for sightseeing; you can easily take a double-decker bus to the British Museum, National Gallery, Wallace Collection, and the V&A Museum. It's also close to Euston and St Pancras stations. Taking the Underground from London Heathrow Terminal 4 to Russell Square station takes about an hour. Because the room was so tiny, I was motivated to explore more places and truly enjoy London. I even took a mat to several nearby parks to sunbathe and relax. My room didn't have a table, fridge, or phone, but it was a good opportunity to experience minimalist living. Breakfast was the same menu for all 10 days, much like how a full English breakfast doesn't change. However, just like the consistent menu, the breakfast team — Lourenco, Kiddik, and CkeyRL — were always friendly and diligent, clearly striving to do their best every day. Thank you! Thanks to them, I forgot any inconveniences and started each morning in a good mood.

If you arrive late at night after an event, forget about finding anywhere to eat nearby because everything is either closed or there's hardly anything available. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working during a heatwave in London, and we had to call twice to get it fixed. Eventually, they moved us to a different room. The room itself was tiny, like a shoebox, with barely any space to move.

The hotel room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for a short stay! The air conditioning works wonderfully, and the front desk service is excellent. The lobby is small but chic, with a coffee shop and a restaurant. All in all, it's a very convenient hotel, and I had a great experience!
