A lot bigger than expected and was very nice. Though, the windows were hard to close and the heating system was confusing. There is also not washing up liquid on the property but there are dish washer tablets.

The location was excellent, the room was clean, and it had a washing machine and dishwasher with all the dishes provided. However, the bed and pillows were a bit too soft for us to sleep on.
A staff member contacted us quickly after booking, and was responsive to any questions we had.

The hotel is centrally located, the location is superb.
The apartment itself is nice; we stayed on the 4th floor.
The downside is the stairs; it's hard to climb with or without suitcases.

Refused entry as a driving licence is required at check in. Even a photo of the driving licence (plus multiple other forms of ID) was not acceptable. Only a security guard to speak to. No help was offered. Now stuck in London, without a hotel booking. Awful service. Avoid this company
