No toilet paper in any of the 8 toilets on the 4th floor. Also no sign to let you know that. I asked housekeeping to help and she said I know and shut the door in my face
I came back ten mins later to grab her name and she’s still in there folding towels. She was clearly irritated by my presence
Really really disappointed , bring your own paper if nature calls….

It’s a good stay and a good sleep, it’s just that the toilet is problematic! Hard to pull to toilet paper, and the sink just splashes everywhere

Centrally located in London, this hotel boasts excellent transport links and is within walking distance of many attractions. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel as a student solo traveler, and while the room was definitely small – just enough for sleeping, really – the experience was quite good overall.

This capsule hotel is located in the city center, near Piccadilly Station. It's within walking distance of Chinatown and Covent Garden, offers comfortable personal space, and has a clean toilet and shower room, making it highly recommended for every traveler!
The staff are excellent and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. It's currently my most recommended capsule hotel in the UK. However, perhaps due to its eco-certification status, the shower room and faucets use water-saving devices, which might be slightly inconvenient for shower users. Aside from that, both the location and the staff are excellent. Thank you!

Location is pretty quite good, walking distance to all the big museums and the train station just beside the hostel. But there's no public kitchen and common space for you to microwave your food or refill your water bottle, only a very small public lounge at the reception there for you to eat the food you take away. Regarding the capsule, it would be quite warm inside sometimes. So I have to slightly opened the door curtain to allow the aircon air into the capsule. Yes, there's is a mini fan you can switch on and it will absorb the aircon outside into it, but I find it too noisy so I didn't switch on. Last, you cant change the temperature of the shower, so it might be very hot for someone to shower with it.
