A decent hotel, located close to the city center and main attractions. However, it's important to note that since it's an old building, there's no air conditioning, only a fan. Our windows faced the street, so it was noisy with the window open.

I've never stayed in such a bad hotel room before. I spent 1,300 a night. The facilities were very old, the room was very small, there was no air conditioning, it was on the top floor, and it was very noisy facing the street. I had to open the window for ventilation and heat dissipation. I could barely fall asleep amid the whirring of traffic. Breakfast was just juice, burnt bread, and a few slices of cold ham and eggs. There was a strange rule that you had to leave your keys at the front desk every time you went out. I really should have stayed in a chain hotel in a more remote location instead of staying in a small hotel just to be near Earl's Palace.
