Fantastic hotel 8 mins walk from Victoria underground. But in a quiet street. Good facilities and lovely room. Recommended.

Great B&B to stay in so close to Victoria Station & in the heart of Belgravia. Very pleasant, quiet area with nice coffee shops & cafes. Staff very friendly. There is a 24 hr front desk. Continental breakfast or an a la carte cooked off site breakfast. We tried the different options & both excellent. The room was very clean, with ironing board & iron & hair dryer in cupboard. Tea, coffee & biscuits provided & bottled water in the fridge provided. The bed was very comfortable & a great size. The bathroom had all we needed but it was the only thing that reduced our rating - dated, sink & shelf above toilet cracked, taps & plug holes corroded. With new fittings it would have been perfection

The staff was so excellent in their service because one offered me a water coffee & tea even if I am just sitting in the lobby and the other helped me to print out my tickets.

The location was very convenient, about a 5-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.
The room was clean, and although the hallway floor creaked, it added to the sense of history.
The surrounding area was quiet and comfortable.
The staff were also very kind.

This small hotel is just 200 meters from Victoria Station in the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, and come with a kettle and refrigerator. This is a great choice for a trip to London.
