房間在倫敦算大的 地理位置優越 在海德公園旁邊 服務中規中矩吧 有些瑕疵 但尚在可接受範圍內 其他的方面都還好吧

地理位置超級好 對面就是海德公園 穿過海德走一會兒就到了騎士橋和哈羅德百貨；離灰色jubilee地鐵線很近，門口有好幾倆公交車到victoria火車站，那裡有火車直達蓋特維克機場；離利茲酒店步行7-8分鐘，可以去下午茶，那裡的下午茶號稱倫敦下午茶天花板；牛津街和攝政街購物也不遠；住店客人中東人為多，酒店還有中東菜單，房間點餐上菜速度很快；總體來説處在市中心，很安全；一開始給的房間很差在角落，通過攜程管家溝通很好的解決了問題。

倫敦的物價超出想象，酒店有點舊，洗手盤去水超級慢，洗完臉差不多半個小時才能去到水， 位置很好， 在海德公園旁邊，窗外景色也不錯，但4000千多一晚的價格還是真的很貴.

非常棒的一次住宿體驗。酒店房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，早餐特別豐富。酒店位就在海德公園角，白金漢宮和哈羅德百貨都在步行15分鐘左右。且離大笨鐘議會大廈和西敏寺大教堂等著名景點都比較近。除了價格有點高外，其他均完美。推薦朋友們選擇，特別是淡季性價比超高

酒店位置不錯，就在海德公園旁邊。去哪兒都比較方便（感覺也就這點兒優勢）。看酒店住的客人中東那邊的特別多。入住那天是早班機到的希斯羅，打車到酒店的時候才早上9點，時差的原因特別累。好在前台接待給我們辦了入住進了房間，但是給的是五樓的角落房，窗外是別人屋頂的風機呼呼作響。住三晚也沒給升級房型。有點兒歧視中國人的感覺，因為太累了就沒計較換房。攜程的訂單，啥鑽客户都不好使，入住沒有優勢。房間不大，一個放在行李支架上，另一個箱子衹能放窗台上。房間隔音特別差，門外任何動靜都清晰可聞。被對面房間的中東熊孩子半夜一點吵醒，不停開關門並且在過道大聲講話，爹媽也不管教，後來應該是被其他住客投訴了，酒店服務員敲門溝通，整個過程全都聽到了……

Got to hotel around 12:30 didn’t expect the room to be ready but dropped bag and was told by hotel that they would text as soon as room was ready as it was our wedding anniversary and we needed to get changed. We received no text and did not get into our room until 8pm

Fantastic hotel, good location.
Booked a river view room and has been upgraded to a signature suite, The room is amazing with a wonderful view. Would re-visit if I come to London again.
